1 · Who is responsible
Yusta Labs, run by Nicolás Yusta from Buenos Aires, Argentina, is responsible for processing the personal data collected through this website and its contact forms.
2 · What data we collect
We only collect the data you give us voluntarily when you use our forms or contact us:
- First and last name.
- Email address.
- Phone or WhatsApp number.
- Your line of business and a description of the project or need.
We also record basic technical browsing information (page visited, date and time, browser and device) through standard analytics tools. This data is not linked to identified people.
3 · What we use it for
Personal data is used only to:
- Answer questions and put together quotes.
- Stay in touch during an active project.
- Send news and case studies from the studio (only if you expressly allow it).
- Meet legal or contractual obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. We do not use it for behavioral advertising.
4 · Where it is stored
Data sent through forms is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore) servers, on Google’s cloud infrastructure. The data travels encrypted (HTTPS / TLS).
5 · Who has access
Access to personal data is limited to the head of the studio (Nicolás Yusta) and, when they take part in a project, to outside collaborators who sign confidentiality agreements. Infrastructure providers (Google, Vercel, WhatsApp) access only the minimum information they need to provide their service.
6 · How long we keep it
Inquiry data is kept while it is relevant to answer or carry out a project. Data from active clients is kept for the duration of the project and up to ten years afterwards, because of tax and contractual requirements. After that period it is deleted or anonymized.
7 · Your rights
As the owner of your data, you have the right to:
- Ask for access to the information we have about you.
- Ask for inaccurate data to be corrected.
- Ask for your data to be deleted (as long as there is no legal obligation to keep it).
- Object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
- File a complaint with Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública) if you believe your rights were violated.
To exercise these rights, write to us at ny@yustalabs.com. We reply within 10 calendar days at most.

This site uses a minimal number of cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. For details, see the Cookie policy.
9 · Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system on the internet is 100% secure: if an incident affects your data, we will tell you.
10 · Changes to this policy
We may update this policy over time. The current version is always published on this page with its last revision date.
11 · Legal framework
This policy is governed by Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic.
