Email me

Your WhatsApp answers the usual questions on its own.

It answers the price, the stock, the opening hours and the address. It books the appointment and sends the reminder. Whatever needs a person, it hands to you.

A gym

Hi, I’d like to sign up. Are you open today?9:47 PM

Hi. Yes, until 10 PM. Should I book you a session, or would you like to see the plans?9:47 PM

Book me tomorrow at 10.9:48 PM

Done, tomorrow at 10. I’ll message you an hour before to remind you. Will you pay in cash or by bank transfer?9:48 PM

An example conversation: this is how it answers.

What it does and what it doesn’t

It reads your prices, your stock and your schedule from your own system, so it answers with your data and not with whatever it thinks. When a question goes beyond that, it hands it to you and lets you know.

It answers the usual questions and hands you the rest

It answers the price, the stock, the opening hours and the address with the data in your system. When a question goes beyond that, it passes it to you with everything the person had already written.

It doesn’t agree to special prices or promise delivery dates.

Appointments with reminders

It checks your real schedule, offers the free slots, books the appointment and sends the reminder beforehand. If the slot was taken in the meantime, it offers the next one.

It doesn’t move or cancel a booked appointment without telling you.

It asks just enough and works out the number

Before passing you the inquiry, it finds out what it takes to quote it: what they need, by when, from where to where. It leaves it in order for you, with the number worked out.

It doesn’t negotiate the price or close the sale on its own.

Connected to your system

It reads from your system the installment coming due, the order on its way and the stock that’s left. It sends the payment reminder with the link and logs that it sent it.

It doesn’t insist, and it doesn’t message anyone who didn’t give you their number.

How it answers

Four example conversations, one for each thing it does.

A building materials yard

Hi, what time do you open on Saturdays?10:14 AM

Hi. On Saturdays from 9 to 1, at the usual branch.10:14 AM

Can you give me a better price if I take ten bags?10:15 AM

The owner handles that. I’ll pass your question on and you’ll hear back directly.10:15 AM

The question reaches the owner with the whole conversation, without the person having to repeat it.

A hair salon

Hi, do you have anything tomorrow?7:02 PM

Hi. Tomorrow we have 10:30 AM and 5:45 PM left. Which one works for you?7:02 PM

5:45. I’m Andrea.7:03 PM

All set, Andrea, tomorrow at 5:45. I’ll message you in the morning to remind you.7:03 PM

The appointment is booked in your schedule and the reminder is set.

A courier company

Hi, I need to send something. How much is it?8:41 AM

Hi. From where to where, what day, and what are you sending?8:41 AM

From downtown to the west side, on Friday. Two small boxes.8:44 AM

With that I’ll work out the number and send it to you here.8:44 AM

It reaches you with the route, the day and the package already asked about.

A lender

Hi, do I have an installment left to pay?12:20 PM

Hi. You have one left and it’s due on Friday. Should I send you the link to pay it?12:20 PM

Sure.12:21 PM

There you go. When the payment comes in, I’ll confirm it here.12:21 PM

The payment is recorded in the system, without anyone copying it by hand.

It connects to your system

Everything it answers comes from the same database you look at: the payment that came in, the slot that got taken, the installment coming due. And what happens in the conversation is logged right there, without anyone copying it by hand later.

If the person writing is this client, the WhatsApp reads their record: how much they owe, how many installments they are behind and the installment on each loan. When they ask how much they have left, it answers with the number in the record.

A client’s record in a lender’s system: how much they owe, how many installments are overdue and their six loans, each with its installment
A client’s record in the system of a lender in Mendoza, with the name and the amounts made up. It is where the WhatsApp would read from.

What Meta allows, and what it doesn’t

Meta doesn’t allow WhatsApp to be used as an open ChatGPT, and it never allowed messaging someone who didn’t give you their number. What does fit is answering the usual questions, appointments, order tracking and reminders. If you go beyond that, it can cost you the number.

Tell me how people message you today and I’ll tell you what can be automated

From USD 1,500 to set it up, plus USD 120 a month. Meta bills the messages separately, straight to your card. If it reads from a management system I built, USD 2,000 and USD 150 a month. The monthly fee covers the hosting, the model that understands what people write, adjustments to the replies and the monitoring from the On-call plan.
